Annual inspections are carried out by our ASTTBC trained technicians, and must be inspected annually as per NFPA codes.

Portable fire extinguishers are intended as a first line of defence to cope with fires of limited size. They are needed even if the property is equipped with automatic sprinklers, standpipe and hose, or other fixed fire protection equipment. Portable fire extinguishers are very effective against small fires - but only if equipment is properly placed, efficiently maintained, and used by trained individuals.

•  Hangers are fastened solidly

•  It is accessible

•  It can be easily reached

•  It is in working condition

•  discharge opening is clear

•  extinguisher is fully charged

•  has not been tampered with and is not damaged

•  Hydrostatic testing has been done

•  The ring pin is in place

•  The seal is intact

•  Recording and Recertification Tagging of each individual unit

•  Sales and service

•  Fire extinguisher training
